Sacramento mall locked down briefly after fight

SACRAMENTO — Stores inside a Sacramento shopping mall were placed on a brief lockdown after a fight erupted in the food court.

KCRA-3 reported the incident based on the accounts of one of its newscasters, who was inside the mall at the time. The station reported that customers were ordered to the rear of the shops just before 5 p.m. Wednesday and that the lockdown was lifted shortly afterward.

The corporate offices of the Arden Fair Mall directed all inquiries to the mall’s security director, who did not immediately respond to a telephone message. The Sacramento Police Department did not respond to telephone and email messages.

Sacramento County Sheriff’s spokesman Jason Ramos said deputies responded after initial reports of shots being fired, but he said those reports turned out to be unfounded.

How typically low-life Californian. Gee, did it start because somebody had the wrong gang colors displayed or someone didnt like somebody's ''Lebron James'' tennis shoes or something? I dont see animals behaving this way in Boise, Biloxi or Charleston. Too bad Garamendi, Wolk or Yadayadayada Yamada didnt witness this typical behaviour of their core constituent groups doing what they do best--threatening and breaching the peace, safety and security of your lovely genteel bucolic idyllic State of moral and fiscal bankruptcy.
