If the California Supremes uphold the cities right to determine local community standards then this may head to federal courts. If they agree to allow pot dispensaries in the cities, then Fairfield and Suisun will soon have pot shops. 2 States have legalized recreational use and another 19 States have medical use exemption laws. The writing is on the wall and the 100 years war is lost.
