Brown’s budget is a redistributionist social welfare big government budget that doesn’t grow California’s economy and private business sector. Despite Brown’s false beliefs and overspending, there may be a game changer out there that will make all of this moot—the discovery of a huge shale oil reserve in California’s central valley that makes the Bakken shale oil reserves in the Dakota’s look small!
