I'm sick of a sychopantic and accolytic government news media complex that fetes and fawns over a throwback liberal Governor and his big government spending plans. Brown's budget is a redistributionist social welfare big government budget that doesn't grow California's economy and private business sector. Despite Brown's false beliefs and overspending, there may be a game changer out there that will make all of this moot---the discovery of a huge shale oil reserve in California's central valley that makes the Bakken shale oil reserves in the Dakota's look small! Can you believe it? What are you guys waiting for? You have the natural resources to get yourself and the rest of the United States out of this socialist byzantine mess!

Jerry, no spending until you have at least a 15% reserve!! Wishing and believing it will happen isn't like making it happen then spending where there is a return on investment. Not to your strongest of lobbyists!
