NBEFC Barcelona 2, Burlingame SC Rays 1, OT: With Barcelona trailing 1-0 at halftime of the quarterfinals of the NorCal State Cup Tournament on Feb. 9, Nadiah Martinez lofted a corner kick into the center where Abrejiah Jordan fired the ball in the net to tie the score.
Goalkeeper Clarissa Sanchez stopped a last-minute shot and Barcelona sealed the win in the first 3 minutes of OT.
Mountain View/Los Altos 1, NBEFC Barcelona 0: A strong offensive attack wasn’t enough as Barcelona was shut out in the semifinals of the NorCal State Cup Tournament on Feb. 10.
West Coast Wildfire 3, NBEFC Barcelona 2 (SO): Alyssa Soria scored on a cross from Zoey Lyon in the first 15 minutes of the Feb. 17 game.
Nadiah Martinez scored the second goal, but the Wildfire came back with a pair.
Keeper Clarissa Sanchez had five saves, but the Wildfire tied it on a penalty kick, forcing the game into double overtime and eventually into a shootout.
