Jeffrey Kim, the owner of Yo Sushi in Fairfield, said his restaurant is popular with his customers because of the low prices and fast service. “We treat them with the best service we can give and use the best quality fish we can get,” he said. Kim said that the restaurant has forged long-term relationships with its customers. “We’ve seen them coming here since the first time we opened until now,” he said. “You can say our customers are like family.” Kim said the most popular items on the menu currently are the O-Happy Day roll and Popcorn Lobster roll.
