With more than a decade in the real estate business and a lifetime in the area, Rose Marie Deadrich knows the housing market around Solano County. So much so that Daily Republic readers named her the county’s best Realtor. “It’s exciting. It’s a shocker. I grew up here, I was born at Travis (Air Force Base),” Deadrich said. “It’s an honor, it’s exciting, it’s cool.” Keeping in touch with her clients is a crucial part of her business, Deadrich said. “For me personally, my business is all about personal connection and relationships,” she said. “I’ve been here all my life. It started with my mom’s friends, then their kids and grandkids. So, I’m like a family Realtor.” But it certainly goes beyond friends and family. Deadrich said she tries to keep a personal touch. “Personally being connected with people,” she said. “I’m not so much the emailer.” Where so many others rely on technology, Deadrich says she prefers personal meetings and phone calls. “I like to visit with my clients,” she said. “For 10 years, I put a Christmas wreath on every client’s doorstep within two days of Thanksgiving.”

Runners-up: Tom Duncan, Jeffrey Wu, Pam Watson
