Bambi Reile of Pain Stop knows what she’s talking about when it comes to pain and weight loss. She’s a been there, done that walking self billboard for her Vacaville business.

Reile is a weight loss coach and nutritionist who said she takes a personal interest in helping others be pain-free without medication if possible.

“I prefer to work alongside the client and their doctor to provide them with the best possible outcome,” she says.

Reile uses a three-prong approach in the clinic, which is medical massage, personal training and nutritional fitness/weight loss using the Ideal Protein method. This approach allows Reile to help her clients manage old and new pain, recommends corrective exercises to strengthen weak muscle, and offers regular workshops that delve into healthy eating and lifestyle changes.

“Most people don’t realize that what they’re putting in their mouth is hurting them,” she says.

Reile injured herself in a skiing accident and, as a result of inactivity, gained weight. She was set for gastric bypass surgery at the beginning of this year but needed to lose about 26 pounds first. One of her clients suggested Ideal Protein.

The idea of gastric bypass melted away, along with weight. Reile lost 28 pounds and kept losing. She’s lost 130 pounds and was so enthused she brought an Ideal Protein clinic to her Vacaville location.

Pain Stop also offers a Sweat Equity Boot Camp at Three Oaks Community Center in Vacaville.
