Il Fiorello Olive Oil Company is named after the small white flowers of the olive tree. Visitors can enjoy the oil from the 10 different varieties of olives in the grove.

The family owned company produces artisan olive oil from groves in Suisun Valley and Green Valley. The Italian continuous-system olive mill can process 6,000 pounds of olives per hour. Guided tours of the grove and mill are available by appointment.

Il Fiorello is open from 1 to 5 p.m. daily where visitors enjoy guided tastings of their internationally award-winning olive oil. Culinary classes, olive oil and wine tastings are available.
