Sound off for March 30, 2014

Judge Dan Healy issued a 37-page ruling on Monday, criticizing the District Attorney’s for its handling of the coroner controversy that hangs over numerous cases in the Solano County courts.

Here are some comments from our website on an article on the ruling:

  • Let’s not forget Healy is nothing more than a criminal defense attorney who wants to let all violent perps go free. He harkens from the time when attorneys got paid “by the word,” thus he issues a long, long, long ruling when he could have the same legal impact with a few paragraphs.
  • If enough people ask for one, we could get an independent investigation conducted by the FBI. If the district attorney and sheriff did something wrong, they can be charged with civil rights violations. If not, the case just dies. Lets all call the FBI and request an unbiased investigation.
  • The state bar of California needs to do some investigating and see if some lawyers should no longer have their bar cards. Looks like, at minimum, some ethics violations have occurred.
  • I don’t trust any one in power in Solano County right now. It’s seriously is time for some honesty. . . . . Wise up Solano county, dirt is a surfacing.
