The only people th FICA tax won't hurt is Millionaires and Billionaires...mmmmmmmm..where's that hope and change again Barack?...guess you fooled the middle class again..The Needy and the Naïve..those are the people who voted for obama..oh and as for that weather question..my answer is "mine"
