A more appropriate question should be--''should local politicians and judges stand trial for defying, abridging and violating Measure E that required the landfill not to accept other cities and counties garbage so as to extend the capacity duration of our limited space landfill?". You local politicians took the garbage companies money to finance their disgusting political election campaigns and in return, they and the judges like Dennis Bunting overturned Measure E. You got the shaft and they got all the benefit therein. Are you happy? So vote to expand the landfill---because you're their fools!
