If we expand it we should use it for Solano county only, The county should not be allowed to use it for income from other county’s

Where else are you going to put the trash? Want to hold onto it at your house? There’s only so many places for a dump. It’s either continue garbage at the same place you already have garbage, or create some new spot for it all! Of course costs will end up going up to pay for a new location also. No one wants a dump in their backyard, but it has to be someplace.
