Is this more of Obama-speak, sort of like his media quest to aledgely “soak the rich”, a ruse and diversion away from the 50% SS increase on poor workers, while knowingly full well that the rich will continue to pay whatever they want to regardless of token tax rate increases without a change in the tax code?
