People have no regards to what they do with their trash. They throw it out the windows, they open their car doors and dump it. The leave it in shopping carts, speaking of shopping carts, the public is so lazy, there might be a place a few feet away to take the shopping carts, yet they will put it in a place where it can bang into someones parked car. We live in an entitled society, I have pointed out to the police what is going on but they choose to ignore it.thats why these slobs continue to do it. I would also like to know how so many pass their drivers test, by how they break every rule of the road. They drive in the single white lines, they drive through red lights, thinking they can, they don’t stop at red blinking school bus stop signs. I really think DMV needs to be accountable for passing so many law breakers.

I agree littering is commonplace in this city and rarely if ever prosecuted. I have these pigs visitng my neighborhood all the time throwing their trash out the window. I’d love to see them busted and receive the maximum fine and jail time.

People should use the trash recipticles provided by the store or take their garbage home and put it in their own cans. Walmart is not the only place with trash. Look around the city people just throw their trash everywhere. I watched a lady at Wendy’s throw her trash in their parking lot. People when you fill your car with gas try dumping your garbage in the recepticles right by the pump.
