Yeah, like an oath is going to matter under your conspiracy theory. We do have to trust our presidents not to try to take over the country. It’s not exactly misplaced trust. We have perhaps the world’s most effective vetting system, called free speech and elections. Other than that, we have checks & balances and public expectations and demands that all public officials comply with the law. That is, we have that in a Nation of Virtue. Do we qualify anymore? The evidence of Obama creating a secret army is bogus, right out of Star Wars; all you have to do is fact check it and trust that your Internet sources are not in on the conspiracy too. But you probably do. At some point your alternative reality starts to crumble under sheer improbability.

Try reading section5210 and section203. It does not say medical and they don’t have to take an oath to the constitution. They can be what ever the president wants them to be.

Yeah T-Skirt unconstitutional..like killing an American citizen w/o due process vis a vis drone strikes…there’s 2700 pgs to the ACA..our lawmakers didn’t read them all..maybe you mouth breathers missed some things too.

Or maybe he was thinking of Geoge W. Bush’s Patriot Act or Homeland Security Act and decided that since they were so unconstitutional, they only could have come from Obama.

FOX-isms. Assertions such as proposed by Mr. Bass come from an inherent flaw in the thinking process of Conservative Republicans and stories presented by those whom they follow. “Obama was proposing strengthening the Peace Corps, Americorps, the USA Freedom Corps and the ranks of the State Department’s foreign service officers.” The new law in the ACA is to aid the Public Health Service by adding a large number of personnel to be available for emergencies. This was not difficult to find but the FOX/GOP machine has diluted the minds of their minions and those folks have never found a need to research. But they love to shoot the messenger!
