Obama’s not the messiah

Web_OurView_YourView

The past year was one of revelations and letdowns, especially for the left. As liberal Barbara Walters lamented, Obama did not become the next messiah as promised. Skin color alone is an asinine reason to believe someone is exceptional.

We have irrefutable proof that President Obama is a liar. (Of course, we conservatives have known for six years.) You cannot keep your doctor. You cannot keep your plan. And sure as death and taxes, a family will not save $2,500 annually.

Obamacare is a crushing failure. Good plans were canceled and more people are being needlessly subsidized by an already cash-strapped bureaucracy. The hundreds of billions of dollars wasted on this ill-conceived program, including the website designed in part by a friend of Michelle’s, could easily have provided coverage for the uninsured and those needing long-term care with money to spare and an intact health care system.

Frenzied Democrats are either going against party lines and admitting failure or chasing their collective tails trying to condone the blatant lies and coverups as our tax dollars wad up in the sewers of Washington.

Scandals aren’t new for the Obama crowd. Apparently the left couldn’t care less about the reality of Benghazi, Fast and Furious, National Security Agency spying, lack of transparency to the press, spying on the press, Black Panther voter intimidation, etc. But take money from their wallets and you finally have pushback, as Obama’s approval plummets to new depths. Wait until the new taxes in 2014!

Hilary Clinton appears ready to announce her candidacy for 2016. As one pundit put it, don’t forget she’s the grandmother of Obamacare when Bill was president, and she has quite a few skeletons in her closet, too.

Meanwhile, the midterm elections are coming up and the urgency for ridding Congress of the liars and thieves on both sides of the aisle, including the leaders, has never been greater. Our lame-duck president deserves to be sidelined for the next two years!

Thank you, Marci. You have summarized the situation very well. You can be assured that just as ants scurry to and fro when one kicks an anthill, the local agitprop agents will leap at the chance to attack you personally and completely sidestep the facts you have presented. Well done, Marci!

Okay, we'll go with DRIP...how many aliases you using now? You scurry about making challenges but you never respond to them when you’re proven incorrect. And just like so many others here, when attempting to use an incomplete or edited lie against the president, you are incorrect most of the time. So far as Marci’s letter? Another hit piece with the typical scandal nonsense and wishful thinking. No point addressing that, it’s old news. Nothing to see here. Sorry you all got your hopes up…again.

I was born in California, I served my country in the military, I have worked and now I am retired. During all of those years I have pay my taxes, and now I feel that I am paying more taxes, my health coverage has increased. I am just like everyone else, except that I am a Liberal. Remember when you criticize Liberals please note that we also pay our taxes just like you. Everyone has the right to give his/her opinion on any subject matter, with that said, why should I vote Republican when they vote no.

So Marci, does this mean you're coming back for another attempt at resuscitating your party? FDC certainly praises your efforts. Just curious if you're coming forward or just rallying in the shadows? Happy New Year to you and yours!

The first of the ants has chimed in; waiting for the other two of the trio. And, as predicted, the first of the ants decided to attack the messenger and avoid the message.

Mr. C, sorry but I did not attack Marci. Politicians lie. You and Mr. Smith are way too anxious this morning!

I am sorry C.D. Brooks; I have a different perfective apart from a respect from response of Marci. I have read you mocking and arrogant ways that I cannot stand idle that I can responded to. It is why Marci wrote this, Obama is a liar. A liar is a liar and I cannot trust him, no way.

Cue up the "Hallelujah Chorus." The liberals around here will need some divine inspiration after reading this.

Well put and stated Marci. Cannot be refuted or decondtructed unless you're a liberal grasping at straws.

"Black Panther voter intimidation", now that gave me a chuckle. As CD stated, nothing but a laundry list of trumped up scandals, for which Marci could care less about - if you know who, was not President. The only issue which has merit is the spying on US citizens.

Ditto. Did Barbara Wlters use the word Messiah? Watch out or StR will be all over you about "illuminati tactics," though she seems to only see them going one way.

What, no listing of Obama's accomplishments to provide a "fair and balanced" accounting?
