In support of Spering

Jim Spering has been a good supervisor for Solano County and not just for the 3rd District. Jim is always willing to go the extra mile to get things done, whether it’s helping a Little League to get started (Cordelia Tri-Valley) or changing the landscape of a city (Suisun waterfront), no job is too small or too difficult for Jim.

As a supervisor, Jim has conducted himself respectfully and honestly. He has helped promote job growth in Solano County. We are especially glad that Jim has worked so hard to protect our county’s water resources.

So, it is surprising to hear a two-year city council member from Fairfield claim that she’s running for county supervisor because she’s concerned about crime. Why she doesn’t stay on the city council to work on the city’s crime problems? Does she think we don’t see through her empty promises? She should finish out her first term in office before taking on another or at least accomplish something . . . anything . . . and not just put a fence around an empty lot.

Our family is voting for Jim Spering for 3rd District Solano County supervisor.

Anne and Russ Griffin
