Because our Declaration of Independance declares that we have inailenable rights–meaning God given. That that is the basis of which our Constitution was drafted. THAT is why people will put God into that discussion. The fact that we have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness then we also have the right to protect those rights from those who would take them away from us.

OK so now my paranoia is kicking in again. Another tactic to terminate targets is to secretly poison your target. THEY have two part poisons that can be administered in two different locations also. This poisoning can be a more immediate onset, or a slow kill. They can sneak into your house or inject it into your outside water source. So many options on the dark side. There are also electronic methods also.

I believe Ms. Catania is pointing out the flaw in a certain type of argument. Those who conflate constitutional or bill of rights rights with God-given/Christian, etc. rights.

Maybe I’m missing something, but if the 10 commandment took precedence over law of any sort, wouldn’t that be contradictory to freedom of religion?
