What a banal commentary. I used to work at the City of Fairfield. Only one floor in the four-story building had a break room. The only nearby source of water was bathroom taps. How many germ-conscious people want to drink water from the same source used by the general PUBLIC to wash their hands after defecating? You REALLY begrudge people water? And bottled water dispensers dispense instant hot water. People use it for tea or making other hot instant beverages. This is like saying if you work for a non-profit or government you don't deserve the same MINOR benefits as those who work for private companies. You begrudge people water. It's not like they are driving cadillacs on the public dime. Or get free lunch. It's WATER. Sheesh.
