Be the first and give specifics

By From page A11 | April 24, 2014

I’ve been a resident for more than 39 years. We “adopted” this town, and vice versa, at that time.

I also remember adopt a road, adopt a tree downtown, adopt a park, adopt an after-school program, but I digress. Can anyone running for county supervisor or Fairfield City Council give me the specifics of what she or he would do about local issues if elected, and why they believe they would have the votes to implement that plan, and what more they expect the community to do?

Keep in mind Fairfield’s battle cry – a lack of funds and resources. Be the very first politician: Specifics, specifics, specifics.

I would run with three other people for city council on the same ticket we would pull all of our fund raising together and all be together on all signs around town and say vote for the freedom ticket, That would take care of the vote problem if the ticket won, after winning the train station is DEAD all city workers and water department would be out sourced the ticket would also go around the county and try to bring in business with jobs, no not a Wal-Mart but we need to get a large company in here and if San Francisco wants to push their $15 an hour minimum wage that would be my shopping ground for companies that can no longer pay that.
