Lucy Richardson

Feb. 17, 1962 – May 10, 2014

Lucy E. Richardson (Anderson) of Fairfield, Calif., passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014, at home, unexpectedly.

Lucy was born in Tennessee and moved to Solano County in 1965, where she was raised in Fairfield and attended school. Lucy graduated from Fairfield High School in 1980. Lucy was known to many as a kind and caring person. Lucy had an infectious laugh, loved helping people and was employed in sales industry for many years. Lucy leaves behind many memories and will be greatly missed.

Lucy is survived by her mother, Fujiko Anderson; brothers, Glenn, John and Alan Anderson; sister, Dianna Coffman (Tim); nieces, Angela Rowe (Mike) and Tabatha Anderson; great-nieces, Alyssa and Annabella; and great-nephew, Dylan.

She is preceded in death by her father, Billy W. Anderson; and her husband, Joe Richardson.

A visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at Fairfield Funeral Home, 1750 Pennsylvania Ave., Fairfield, Calif., followed by a funeral service at 6 p.m.

    Lucy always had that great smile and personality. I am truly sorry for your loss. I had not seen her in thirty years but will always remember her.
