Leticia Pedrosa Pagsolingan, daughter of Jose and Lina Pedrosa, was born in Cavite City, Cavite, Philippines. She is the youngest of two siblings. Leticia migrated to San Francisco as a student. She then meet the love of her life, Arturo Pagsolingan. They were blessed with their first son, Alexander in November 1960. Thirteen months later they had another boy, Arthur.

Leticia is survived by her son Alexander and his wife, Carina, and their two children, Anthony and Kristen Cheri. Arthur has two children of his own, Aries and Janelle from his first marriage. Arthur and his wife, Gale, have Marc as their son and their recently born daughter Arianna. Leticia’s two children, six grandchildren and her two great-grandsons, Dylan and Brenden, will miss her.

A Mass of Christian burial will be 1 p.m Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 2700 Dover Ave., Fairfield. A committal service will follow at Fairmont Memorial Park, 1901 Union Ave., Fairfield.
