I have been away from Fairfield and am catching up on local news. I am so saddened to learn that Hazel has gone to her heavenly reward. She was such a faithful servant of Christ. I cherish a crucifix that she gave me long ago. Her warmth and loving smile will be greatly missed.

Hazel will be missed tremendously. I know her from OLMC…She will be remembered by me by her smile, laughter, great sense of humor, being a straight shooter, loving the Lord,her Church and much more. She was a LOT of fun to hang with. I’m glad she was able to enjoy my pasta a few weeks ago.

Carol, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Hazel will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you so much for thinking of me and inviting me to visit with her during her final moments with us. You did an excellent job of taking care of her and finding her comfort in her last days.
