Gary Blaine passed away suddenly on Dec. 7, 2012.

He was born in San Francisco on June 20, 1958, to Don and Shirley Blaine.

Gary worked in Transportation and Logistics for 30-plus years. He enjoyed camping at Lake Berryessa, spending time with family and friends and his granddaughters. Gary also enjoyed watching the San Francisco 49ers and the San Francisco Giants as well as ships and boats.

Gary is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Cheryl of Fairfield; one son, Nick Blaine of San Mateo; one daughter, Kim Blaine of Fairfield; and two granddaughters, Autumn Blaine and Rylie King both of  Fairfield. He is also survived by his mother, Shirley Blaine of Pacifica; and his sister, Linda Blaine of Alameda. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Blaine.

Visitation will be held  from noon to 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, followed by a Funeral Service at 1 p.m. at the Rockville Stone Chapel, 4219 Suisun Valley Road, Fairfield. Interment to follow in Rockville Cemetery.
