Carolyn La’Quetta Dougan, ‘Mauzy’, 72, has left us to be with the Lord on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013. Carolyn was a longtime resident of Fairfield. Carolyn loved to travel and especially enjoyed traveling along the California coast.
Carolyn and her loving husband and best friend of 47 years, Russell Howard Dougan, loved to celebrate each of their birthdays by traveling to various places. She was a homemaker and loved her family very much. Carolyn also has a lot of adopted children and throughout the years, their children’s friends would come over to the house and just hang out because they loved being with Carolyn and her family. She truly loved everyone and everyone loved her. She has touched so many lives. She will be missed very much.
