Bill M. Stubbs, of Vacaville, passed away Nov. 2. He was born in Sulphur Springs, TX. Bill worked in the area at Digerud’s, Don’s, and Vaca Valley Auto Parts. He retired in 1988. He graduated from Armijo High School in 1952, and was the student body president during his Junior and Senior years.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Marty; daughter, Lauri Stubbs-Brandeberry; son, Glenn Stubbs; son-in-law, David Brandeberry; sister, Mary Widmar; brother, Marvin Stubbs, and numerous nieces and nephews. Services and reception will be held Thursday, Nov. 8, at 2 p.m., Epiphany Episcopal Church, 300 West St., Vacaville, CA.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011; or the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
