Workshop to tackle relationship challenges

VACAVILLE — Understanding relationships is the topic of a March 26 workshop at Theatre DeVille, 308 Main St.

“Relationship Challenges . . . All Aboard Crazy Train!” will be facilitated by Lori Jean Glass, program director of Five Sisters Ranch in Petaluma.

“It’s really to demystify the challenges that people have in relationships,” Glass said in a press release. “In today’s world, there’s so many challenges in relationships that are driven by technology, and a lot of trauma can come from that.”

Glass, who is about to publish a book on relationship challenges, has been involved with the Five Sisters Ranch since its inception in 2011. The ranch is a state-certified facility where the focus expands beyond types of addiction to things such as depression, trauma, love addiction, love avoidance, co-dependency and attachment disorder.

Glass, a certified relationship coach and trained in energy healing, said many people don’t realize they’re addicted in relationships.

“Love addiction, love avoidance, sex and porn addiction are considered process addictions, which are pathological relationships to mood-altering experiences,” she said in the press release.

A meet-and-greet begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by the presentation at 7 p.m. For tickets or more information, send an email to [email protected]
