Tie-dye T-shirts event set at Vacaville library

VACAVILLE — Teens can design their own tie-dye T-shirts this summer at the library.

The crafts event starts at 3:30 p.m. July 9 at the Vacaville Cultural Center. Bring a white or light-colored cotton T-shirt to the library and create a masterpiece.
