Healthier living program offered June 17

FAIRFIELD — People living with chronic disease are invited to participate in “Healthier Living,” a self-management program offered by NorthBay Healthcare, Solano Public Health and the Area Agency on Aging.

Anyone with ongoing health conditions, as well as family members and care takers of someone with a chronic health condition, is encouraged to attend.

The program is an award-winning program developed by Stanford University to help people better manage chronic health conditions.

The free six-week program will be 4:30 to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays beginning June 17, at the Vacaville Health Plaza, 1010 Nut Tree road, Suite 290, Vacaville.
