VACAVILLE — The Vacaville Museum Guild offers locals a chance to enjoy dinner for eight inside the Buck Mansion as the first prize in its annual fundraiser.
The event is 6 to 9:30 p.m. Feb. 22 and includes a hosted cocktail hour, dinner for eight, made and served by local chef, Lindsey Gilpin, owner of the Back Door Bistro. The guild will provide dessert and there will be a docent to give the history of the home.
This year, the fundraiser will also include second and third prizes, lunch for eight at the Buck Avenue home of Frank and Anita Lopez and a tour and tasting for four guests at the Far Niente Wine Estate in Oakville.
Tickets can be purchased at the museum, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and 1 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. The museum is at 213 Buck Ave.
