CHP offers free teen driving class

The week aheadVACAVILLE — A free class by the California Highway Patrol will focus on beginning, teenage drivers.

The Start Smart class will be from 6 to 8:15 p.m. Wednesday at Vacaville High School, 100 W. Monte Vista Ave. Parents or guardians are required to accompany each teen.
