Walk MS: Solano County returns

SUISUN CITY — The National Multiple Sclerosis Society of Northern California will have the third annual Walk MS: Solano County later this month.

Walk MS is a fundraising event for national organization and is expected to have hundreds of walkers participate this year to help them reach the organization’s goal of raising $1.7 million to help support life-changing programs for people who have multiple sclerosis.

The Solano County walk is one of 13 walking locations throughout Northern California this year.

The walk will take place April 26 in Suisun City’s Waterfront Plaza, between Solano and Main streets. Registration and check-in begin at 8 a.m. and the walk begins at 9 a.m. There is no fee to participate.
