SUISUN CITY — City Clerk and Treasurer candidates who turned in financial statements are primarily funding their own campaigns.

The numbers for the period of July 1 to Sept. 30 were released Tuesday after an office closure Friday and a holiday Monday.

In the race for Suisun City Clerk, incumbent Linda Hobson loaned herself $3,100 and received $75 in donations. Her opponent, Charles Kingeter, did not submit his paperwork, said Donna Pock, deputy city clerk.

In the race for Treasurer, Michael McMurry posted a total of $2,599, including a loan to himself for $2,500. The remaining was collected in donations.

His opponent, Jan Davenport, contributed two payments to her own campaign for a total of $1,900.
