Suisun schedules drug take-back day

SUISUN CITY — Residents will be able to get rid of their unused or expired prescription drugs and medications from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at a drop-off station in the Suisun City Police Department parking lot.

Prescription pills, liquids and creams can be dropped off anonymously and with no questions asked. All personal information should be removed from the containers. Liquids and creams must be sealed. Sharps containers will be available.

The event is sponsored by the city’s Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs Prevention Coalition. For more information, call 421-7200. The Suisun City police station is at 701 Civic Center Blvd.
