Suisun plans prescription drug take-back day

SUISUN CITY — Residents are encouraged to bring expired, outdated or prescription medications that are no longer needed to the Suisun City Police Department on May 31.

The Prescription Drug Take-Back Day is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 701 Civic Center Blvd.

Prescription pills, liquids and creams can be dropped off for safe disposal. Participants should remove all personal information. Pills can be bought in locking plastic bags. Liquids and creams must be sealed.

The event is free. All medications will be accepted anonymously.
