SUISUN CITY — What mother doesn’t like to shop?

Those looking to treat the matriarchs in the family can venture to the waterfront Sunday for the fifth annual Mother’s Day Artisan Fair, where more than 50 artists will display their handcrafted items from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to organizer Brenda Mossa.

Sponsored by the Suisun City Historic Waterfront Business District, the fair features vendor booths on Main and Solano streets at Harbor Plaza Park, as well as live music from a talented family.

Singer-songwriter Amber Snider and her band will share their brand of folk-rock, country and blues at the event and will be joined on stage by Snider’s mother and stepfather of the Pine Dogz.

Wine, champagne and mimosas served in a souvenir glass will be available for purchase at the event. For more information, call 399-7195 or email [email protected]
