SUISUN CITY — Training on how to responsibly sell and serve alcoholic beverages will be offered April 8 by Suisun City’s Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs City Team Coalition at the Joseph Nelson Community Center.
Participants will learn about criminal, civil and state Department of Beverage Control liability; improving profits by selling less alcohol; best ways to check identification; how to refuse service; updates on California alcohol laws; and prevention of illicit drug activity.
The training is free to business owners and their employees, and service club members. It runs from 5 to 9 p.m. Participants are asked to register by April 4 by calling 421-7200 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your business or service club name, contact information and the number of employees/members who will attend. The class limit is 30 people.
