SUISUN CITY — Police dispatch announced a woman was reportedly shot inside a home Saturday but few details were available by press time.

Police responded to the 900 block of Heron Drive about 4:30 p.m. and cordoned off a home with crime scene tape.

An ambulance was seen leaving the scene just before 5 p.m. Officers had detained at least four males and briefly a female in the back of three police cruisers and an SUV.

As police were conducting interviews of those detained and at least one family member inside the house, neighbors watched as the activity unfolded.

Police Sgt. R. Aiello said the department was short-staffed and it would be a while until any information could be released.

Police dispatch said police were still investigating the incident about 10 p.m. and no information would be released Saturday.

The Suisun Police and their politician protectors have let party / drug / disorderly / prostitution rental homes run for years and they did nothing. Some of that activity involved cops and their kids too. Even the newspaper and the DA are on their side. Why wasn't this Sewer Soon City shooting a ''DR Live'' event? All of this tells a story----this is not a desirable community and Air Force personnel are advised not to buy a home or retire here!

Ahhh, you must know the law abiding residents(lol) who live in that house, otherwise, you wouldn't be bothered by a comment about them.
