Activity is Medicine program coming to Suisun senior center

SUISUN CITY — Author Gordon Keiser is bringing his Activity is Medicine program to the Suisun Senior Center.

Keiser, a 74-year-old Vacaville resident, will teach a course based on health and wellness from his two books and the Activity is Medicine Program.

This program consists of two six-week sessions, meeting at 10:30 a.m. Thursdays. The free introductory session begins at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 28.
