Winters gallery to host animal fundraiser

WINTERS — Local artists will display their animal artwork at an opening reception and exhibition to raise money for 3R Rescue, a dog rescue organization, from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at RootStock, 22 Main St.

A portion of all artwork sold will go to 3R Rescue, which focuses on rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing animals in need, according to its website.

    We are very excited about this event. Last year 3R saved 138 dogs. Visit our website to view all our wonderful dogs for adoption at 3rrescue.org. The art display runs through March 31.
