VACAVILLE — Smoke from the Winters hay fire on Friday prompted the Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District to issue an air quality watch for Vacaville and Dixon through 10 a.m. Monday.
Smoke from the fire was blown into Solano County on Friday.
The air district said unhealthy air quality could persist in Yolo County and northern Solano County into Saturday and potentially longer. It advised residents to close their windows and doors overnight and avoid strenuous outdoor activity if they smell smoke.
