FAIRFIELD — Envisioning a healthy store and discussing e-cigarettes are topics scheduled for the upcoming Solano County Tobacco Education Coalition meeting.

The annual luncheon will be from noon to 2 p.m. Jan. 28 at the county Health and Social Services Conference Room One, 275  Beck Ave.

The coalition has worked to reduce tobacco use and exposure to second-hand smoke since 1990.
