    New leadership is sorely needed.

There are 2 taxpayer's groups in Solano County. What they advocate has fallen into disfavor by a California electorate of State and Local Government workers and a society of unearned entitlement seekers. I suspect the anonymous poster ''different perspective'' is beholden to both of those groups.

what do you consider an "unearned entitlment seeker"? The 26 year old social security disability recipient with cerebral palsy who has never worked a day? What about the spouse who never worked and is "earning" SSi on the dead spouses benefits?
