SUISUN CITY — The Western Railway Museum shares the Halloween spirit Saturday and Sunday with its Pumpkin Patch Festival winds down for the season.
Electric trains carry passengers from the museum to a pumpkin patch at Gum Grove Station that features hay rides, live music, games, homemade baked goods, a hay bale fort and the star of the season, pumpkins.
There is an admission fee. The museum opens at 9:30 a.m. Trains run every half-hour from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event is a fundraiser for the Western Railway Museum and participating service clubs, including the Fairfield-Suisun, Cordelia and Dixon Rotary clubs. For prices and more information, visit www.wrm.org.
