The best Rx for poverty is a booming economy with inflation tamed. To achieve that end, the finances of government must be brought under control and wasteful spending must be cut. After that, taxes on business and individuals must be lowered. You won’t see that happen though—Americans aren’t willing to cast off their government slave shackles and leave the Democrats poverty plantations. They stupidly voted for more of the failed same.
