By From page B6 | June 04, 2014

FAIRFIELD — Lynch Canyon Open Space Park will be closed Mondays from June 9 through July 14.

The park is usually open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The Monday closures will allow restoration work to be done. Also, a portion of Lynch Road/Trail will be closed during this period on Saturdays and Sundays, a Solano Land Trust press release said.

Lynch Canyon is a 1,031-acre open space area adjacent to Interstate 80 in the hills between Fairfield and Vallejo. For more information, go to www.solanolandtrust.org or www.solanocountycom/parks or contact Natalie DuMont at [email protected] or 432-0150, ext. 200.
