Hands-on butchery class offered
FAIRFIELD — The Il Fiorello Olive Oil Company will host a hands-on butchery class for anyone interested in learning how to properly and safely prepare chicken, beef or fish for cooking.
The class is from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at 2625 Mankas Corner Road. There is a fee for the class and early reservations are required.
