FAIRFIELD — Solano County Superior Court is set to celebrate the 10th annual graduation for its Adult Drug Court Program at 11 a.m., Monday.
The ceremony is scheduled to be held in Department 8 of the Fairfield courthouse with Judge Wendy G. Getty presiding.
Participants who have successfully completed the Adult Drug Court program will be recognized for their hard work, achievements and dedication in maintaining their sobriety.
“Drug Court graduation is a celebration of remarkable achievement by people who have made the choice to change their lives,” Getty said in a news release. “It is the opportunity to formally recognize individuals who have worked hard to overcome personal adversity, to achieve and maintain sobriety and to create better futures for themselves and their loved ones.”
Established in 2007, Solano County’s Adult Drug Court program provides participants with the resources and judicial supervision needed to recover from drug use.
