RIO VISTA — The Real McCoy II ferry will shut down overnight Thursday for regular preventive maintenance, the state Department of Transportation announced Tuesday.
Service will stop at 10 p.m. and will resume at 4 a.m. Friday.
The ferry provides service on Highway 84 between Ryer Island and Rio Vista. Caltrans advises motorists to use Highway 160 and the J-Mack ferry along Highway 220.
