Carnival: noon to 11 p.m. Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, 242 N. Front St.
Bass Derby Garage Sale: noon Saturday, 10 a.m. Sunday, 45 Main St.
Car Show: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, awards at 3 p.m., Main Street between Front and Sixth streets including one block on each side of Main Street on Second and Third streets.
Lions Pancake Breakfast: 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Rio Vista Fire Department, 350 Main St.
Kids Fishing Tank: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Main Street near 45 Main.
Fireworks: 8 p.m. Saturday at the river.
Parade: Noon Sunday, Main Street from Sierra Avenue to Front Street.
Soapbox Derby: 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Location: Pole Barn, near the beer and wine garden, Front Street
11:30 a.m.: Vintage Vandals, performing on Main Street.
1 p.m.: Mobility, made of active-duty Air Force members from Travis Air Force Base.
3:30 p.m.: The Livin Daylites, plays eclectic music ranging from soulful and bluesy to country sounds.
6 p.m.: Derek Able Band, plays blues and rock.
9 p.m.: No Advice, rock ‘n’ roll, made up of members from Bay Area and Delta bands.
Noon: Ravin Ray Elvis, an Elvis Presley tribute artist.
1 p.m.: Andre Thierry & Zydeco Magic, Grammy-nominated Zydeco artist.
